SHANGHAI - R3, a global consultancy with more than 13 years of experience counseling marketers and their agencies, has hired five new talents to expand for financial and media leadership.
In the past several years, the firm has grown rapidly to keep up with the high growth markets in the BRIC regions, and their growing business in North America. Their services have expanded from a strict focus on Agency Reviews, Relationships and Remuneration to include assisting with Return on Media, Return on Investment and Return on Assets.
The newest senior consultants to join the team, Justine Tabone and Jessica Ho, come to R3 as Senior Consultants with fine-tuned expertise in the areas of commercials, remuneration, contracts, and media.
Justine’s experience with scope and fee development, service model improvements, process and structural audits, strategic pricing and contract negotiations spans global, regional, and local accounts in several different markets. She was most recently Regional Operations Director for a number of WPP agencies,
Jessica has extensive advertising, media and strategy planning experience for blue-chip clients, like Intel, McDonald’s and Philips, which has allowed her to hone strong digital marketing skills across all platforms. A former General Manager of OMD Singapore, she spent her last five years leading global media for Standard Chartered Bank.
R3’s growth has also led to the need for a new Regional Business Development Director for Asia, Herbert Ho, who brings key experience in both the development and commercialization efforts of various platforms across a myriad of different brands, with his most recent role being Director of Advertising Sales at Viacom. His experience with both agencies and media owners give him unique insights to show clients how R3 can help them achieve greater transparency, efficiency and effectiveness via their several types of media analysis.
Iva Lazarova has also joined the team as a Senior Researcher. She comes to R3 from a foreign consultancy in London, and brings the ability to analyze industry trends to make speculations about future areas of growth.
The firm also plans to increase their own marketing efforts to position itself as a thought-leader through deep-dive marketing research, such as Integration 40 and China PR Scope. To fulfill this role, R3 has hired Erin Singleton as a Consultant to lead marketing in Shanghai. She was formerly Asia Communications Specialist for tech company AVX.
R3 places great importance on investing in subject matter experts and senior talent. The consultancy is confident that the addition of these new talents will bolster R3’s position as a leader in the growing sectors of media and investment.
