Background

Samsung managed more than 250 agency relationships across their key agencies in 65 countries – but had no common currency to measure them.


Approach

We developed a bespoke system for them using CAPE – our Client Agency Performance Evaluation tool, reaching out to 2,000 marketers twice a year.


Result

Samsung and their agencies have now aligned a key part of the Agency Incentive structure, and everyone is now more accountable.
