Unilever, GE and Mars Maintain Longest Client-Agency Relationships
In our latest report - Global 40 - we highlighted 40 of the most enduring client-agency relationships worldwide to find out what makes for a successful global marriage. While length isn't the only factor that indicates a solid relationship, some marketers and agencies have been working together for an incredibly long time. Unilever and MullenLowe have the longest relationship in the report - a staggering 117 years. Both GE and Mars have maintained long-lasting partnerships with BBDO, at 96 years and 80 years respectively.

BBDO and PHD Stay on Top in Our Latest New Business League
In our latest round of New Business League tracking, there were no changes in the top three creative agencies on the global table, with BBDO staying on top, followed by DDB and Ogilvy. Droga5's Sprit US win propelled them into the fourth place spot, while 72andSunny made their first appearance of the year in 12th place off the back of the General Mills win. PHD held onto the top spot on our media table, while Havas Media slipped into third place after winning Swarovski Global and 21st Century Fox LATAM accounts.
Dentsu managed to stay in first place in our latest round of global holding company M&A tracking, while WPP moved up from sixth place to second place after several October deals. The biggest mover on the global table this month was Salesforce, who debuted on the 2016 chart in fourth place after acquiring the data management platform (DMP) Krux for $700 million.
