Five Rules for Managing the Future Customer Experience
Adobe’s recent report, The Future of Experience, takes a look at the way emerging technologies will influence both the online and offline customer journey in the digital age. It focuses on how marketers can leverage technologies like virtual reality, wearables, augmented reality, the IoT, and artificial intelligence to create meaningful experiences. The report puts forth five “rules of engagement” for brands to consider when using these technologies to create and manage the customer experience going forward: empathy, privacy, reciprocity, adaptability, and serendipity.
R3 Invests in China Consumer Analytics Specialist Bomoda
R3 recently announced our partnership with Bomoda, an analytics firm which specializes in determining overall brand equity and day-to-day business performance in China using proprietary modeling of data captured from "China’s largest and most relevant social and e-commerce platforms.” From Taobao to JD.com to WeChat to Weibo and more, we’re building learning on sales, social and buzz. Under the new partnership, R3 will lead business development in China, with Bomoda overseeing product development, data analytics and client services.
Miteno, Telenor Top the Holding Company M&A League
This month’s Holding Company M&A League saw Keda Group lose the top spot for the first time this year, with Beijing-based Miteno making its first appearance at no. 1 on the Global, APAC, China and BRICS tables. On the US table, WPP fell four spots to the technology firm, Telenor, who recently acquired marketing technology firm, Tapad.
